Over the weekend, St. Noa Junior Boarding School – Zana stunned holders Kampala Grammar in a 2-0 primary schools boys football final to be crowned the 2024 champions.

The final was held at Kawanda Secondary School Grounds on Saturday, the 16^th March.

Ian Ssempebwa converted from the penalty mark a minute after kick off to send St. Noa into an early 1-0 lead.

Denis Walugembe sealed the win for St. Noa with the second in the final minute of the game capitalizing on goalie Julius Ssenono’s mistake.

In the semi-finals, the champions St. Noa Junior Boarding School got a walkover after Muteesa I Zirobwe’s no show.

Meanwhile, Kampala Grammar eliminated Richdad in a 3-0 win in the semi-finals.

Fahad Kabuuka, Simon Kateregga and Emmanuel Esingu were on score sheet for Kampala Grammar.

The tournament which started on 8^th March, climaxed this Saturday, the 16^th. Kawanda Secondary School, Mbogo Mixed and Kawempe Muslim were hosts.
